If you said yes, there is a catch. This is not just any cup tea that I am talking about, but one with detoxifying qualities. This is a tea that I swear by, and have loved since I tried it two months or so ago…
Meet Matcha Machine, an organic, vegan green tea. This tea is a powder version of the superfood Matcha, which has a bundle of benefits like:
- Increase in energy
- Boosts metabolism
- Naturally detoxifies and purifies the body
- Enhances focus
- 137 times more antioxidants than regular green tea
Unlike most detox teas that contain fillers, additives and laxatives, Matcha Machine is ALL natural. Why is this important?
As many of you may know, I try to incorporate as many whole foods into my diet as possible. I am always looking at ways to further my health, and by drinking Matcha Machine I have noticed a difference in my energy levels and sleep. I also love the healthy glow it gives my skin, and the refreshing taste too!
So how does it work? Matcha Machine is a two-step detoxification program. When you purchase your “Starter Kit”, you are given two sachets of powder. The first one is your “Boost Matcha”. This is taken in the morning as a way of kickstarting the metabolism. In the afternoon you take your “Cleanse Sencha”, which acts to detoxify and cleanse.
In terms of making up the tea, it is very easy. Simply mix 1/2 a teaspoon of powder with a splash of hot water into a paste, then add hot/cold water. I prefer having my Matcha Machine tea hot, as I find it more relaxing, but the options are really endless. You could even add it into a smoothie with some banana, spinach and water!
I have now followed the Matcha Machine program once through, and am already on my second round.
I have completed one round of Matcha Machine, and have just received my second batch. I love how easy it is to incorporate into my lifestyle and diet, and for those wondering about the taste (like we all do), I find that it tastes very similar to green tea!

It is great to be back blogging on Frenchy,
