January Favourites

Can you believe that the first month of 2016 is already over? Time really does fly! Before January turns to February, I thought I would share with you all my favourite moments from this month.

New Year’s Eve (NYE)

While NYE is not technically a part of 2016, it still deserves a mention in this post.

In recent years I have always spent NYE with my family and their friends. This year we went out for dinner at Box on Collins and then watched the city firework display afterwards. It was a great way to welcome in the New Year, and an even better excuse to get dressed up!

I wore a Guess playsuit for the night along with my nude Christian Louboutin pumps. Even though I pulled the outfit together last minute, purchasing the jumpsuit on NYE, I loved how it turned out and looked with my natural spray tan.

Yearbook One

I really enjoyed creating Yearbook One – a way of celebrating Frenchy’s 1st birthday! I am still obsessed with all of the illustrations Georgia made for the post, and cannot thank her enough.

Olympia’s 19th

There is nothing quite like a night out with your girl squad, especially when it is celebrating a birthday! On this night earlier in January, Olympia, Bridget, Reetika, Jess and I went out for dinner at Hellenic Republic followed by a night out at Entourage. We had such an amazing night, and will definitely be reuniting for another girl’s night out soon! #squadgoals

This month, I made a promise to myself that I would begin running again. It is unbelievable how disciplined you can be when you set your mind on achieving a certain goal. Not only have my cousin and I begun running again, but we have also done so with such commitment that it has surprised us both! For us, running is the key to feeling energised and mental clarity.

 Kayla’s 18th

Kayla, April and I taking advantage of the photo-booth!

Kayla’s 18th was truly a special night, filled with lots of fun. April and I were so excited to say a speech for our best friend, sharing the best memories we have all made over the years. Not to mention how much I loved getting dressed up for the occasion!

Outfit of the night!

I hope that you too had a wonderful January, and I wish you a great February as well.
