You may (or may not) have wondered where I have disappeared to lately. For that, I am truly sorry. I have been busy in all sorts of ways, from tutoring VCE students to experiencing all things university at O Week (last week). What matters most is that I am here now, ready to bring to you my latest look.
Today I wore this Rebecca Vallance dress to my baby cousin’s christening. Not only is this piece sophisticated in it’s structure and design, but the colour of this frock is simply incredible. This particular pastel blue colour is both minimal and eye- catching. I feel that the shade enables this garment to be worn in both formal and semi- formal occasions, making it a dress that I will get plenty of wear out of.
I paired the dress with my Christian Louboutin nude pumps, that previous readers of my blog will recognise. I wear these pumps all of the time, as they are so versatile. Another bonus, these babies are extremely comfortable.
I did my hair myself, and wore it curly. I achieved this look by using a GHD straightening iron. I was lucky enough to have Natalie from Peace Bliss & Beauty do my makeup for the day. We decided to go for a bold eye and a nude lip, using a Shanghai Suzy lipstick, in the Miss Leah Baby Cocoa shade.
I had such a beautiful day with family and my beautiful baby cousin. (definitely one of the cutest babies ever!) I hope you also enjoyed your Sunday, however you spent it.
